On May 27, a stage of the Giro d’Italia of CSR took place in Lecco. This traveling event, promoted by the CSR and Social Innovation Exhibition, aims to highlight real-world experiences from companies and communities, spread the culture of sustainability, and encourage positive emulation.
The event, titled “Sustainable by Choice. Excellent by Nature,” opened with the presentation of the Lake Como Network for Sustainable Transition, followed by testimonials from organizations that have embraced sustainability as a defining value and a driver of local development.
Bermec was invited to participate as a model company, to share our journey and the initiatives we’ve undertaken in the field of sustainability. Although we were unable to attend in person—due to an important meeting with a client in Denmark—we enthusiastically accepted the invitation and prepared a video interview, which was shown during the event.
