Like last year, also this year Bermec has decided to dedicate time to the "Youth and Work" project, giving space and voice to young people who come to the company to do their school internship experience.
The first student we welcomed in 2022 was Federico, who told us in a short interview how his personal experience in the company went, thanks to which he learned a lot in complete safety and developed a clearer idea of his future in the working world. In fact, he ends his experience convinced that he wants to work in the world of precision mechanics and perhaps, why not, right here in Bermec.
