Evolution in the cutting department as well: we are happy to announce that we have replaced our hacksaw machine these days, welcoming our new BTM 460 TCT - touch 10" bandsaw.
The new machine boasts larger working dimensions, upgraded next-generation technology, lower energy consumption and greater safety for our operators.
The bandsaw has been placed in a new dedicated area, well lighted by large windows and complete with LED lighting system.
Here are some additional data: it has cutting dimensions of up to 460 mm and an easy workpiece loading system with a very low risk of accidents; it is managed by a computer connected to our management system, allowing production data to be transmitted and received; it has a system for adjusting speed according to cutting effort; and lastly, it can cut bar ends down to a minimum of 45 mm with a counter vise system.
And now... we are ready to give you better and better services!
